Merry Christmas, bloggers!

AN INTERVIEW WITH A STAR and MY FAVOURITE FILMS

A few days ago we were asked to complete an exercise where we are a famous person an we are in an interview. So I chose Hayden Christensen who  plays in my favourite films:STAR WARS:ATTACK OF THE CLONES and STAR WARS:REVENGE OF THE SITH.In the film he is called Anakin Skywalker. At the start he is a Jedi but at the end he becomes a Sith lord.He also had a wife, but she died after she bred two children. He is now 38 years old and he's handsome

My thoughts about the movie ''Freedom writers''

I always believed that race and colour don't count amd of course I've encouraged many people to change or try something they wanted. Eventually they always succeeded.
''Freedom writers'' was an incredible movie about people of different race who believed in themselves and did their best. They had a little help from their encouraging and clever teacher, but in the end they made it! And you know why? Because they tried harder and harder, they worked, they studied and eventually they got what they wanted. They went to college, where they worked the hardest they could to have a great life.
If you want to succeed, you have to remember that you are going to fail many times, but that doesn't make you stupid, it makes you stronger. We always learn things from our mistakes. So do your best and you will always succeed.

Film review

Last week, I watched an amazing film To all the boys I've loved before. It's a romantic film, about a girl who wrote a letter for every boy she liked, but she always kept the letters for herself.

I really liked it, because I like romantic films that are based in real life, The actors were talented and the songs were serene. The actors didn't wear special costumes, because it wasn't a science fiction movie.

The only bad thing about the film was that it's only available on Netflix, so you have to pay 10 per month if you want to watch it. So you can't watch it unless you have Netflix.

On the whole, it was an excellent film that everyone would be interested in, even teenage boys. I would absolutelly recommend this film to everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The Grinch who stole Christmas

GRINCH
That film is about a
strange elf, which hates
Christmas. It has also a problem
with the Christmas spirit.

I suggest you watch the film.

THE FILM 'NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS'

Despicable me 2

We had a great time watching the hilarious film Despicable me 2 in Markaki School. It made me laugh a lot and it can be watched by all ages. It is a mix of comedy and romance.

After the film, I did an amazing quiz to see if I knew a lot about the movie. My score was 29/30 and I think that this is a really good score.

This film has a lot of funny parts and it is difficult to choose only one. I think a good one is when Gru wanted to phone Lucy and ask her to go on a date but he couldn't, so and he ended up burning the phone. Then the "firefighter" minions came in through the wall (not from the door). They couldn't even extinguish the fire and the room was a mess. Another good scene was when Margo was with her boyfriend Antonio and Gru was trying to seperate them.

In the film threre were also very useful phrases such as:

• This evening I am going to the cinema with Mary.Care to join me?
• Hold tight. This is gonna be an exciting ride.
• Oh my goodness! What happened back there? Are you OK?

and MORE!

I think Despicable Me 2 is a film that everybody should see!

Despicable Me 2

A day before having a week of vacation that we all throughly enjoyed. We saw a hilarious movie called 'Despicable Me 2'.This movie personally made me laugh a lot and I had a lot of fun watching it.This film was a beautiful mix of comedy and romance.

I did a quiz of 'Despicable Me 2' to test how good I knew this movie. My score was 27/30 which I think is a pretty good score.27/30 means that I knew how to answer right almost all the questions that were given to me by this particular test.

My favourite scene of this movie was when Gru and Lucy broke into El Matcho's house. This was my favourite moment of the movie because when they go in the building a chicken attacks them. This chicken was really fast and strong so they couldn't easily catch it.It mostly attacked Gru and Gru always reacted really funny by saying a lot of different funny words and comments and at the same time Lucy is laughing with him and then trying to catch the chicken too. At last Lucy catches it when they hear El Matcho coming in the building and they let it alone and run to hide.

~Despicable me 2~

The day before yesterday, the "summer" groups of the Markaki Language School saw an awesome film, known to all of us as: "Despicable me 2". Personally, I really liked this film and I think that it can be watched by all the ages. Chlidren, tennagers, adults... It's a mix of adventure, comedy and a bit of romance. All those things connect with each other and make an exciting, fascinating, thrilling movie.

In order to see how well I had known "Despicable me 2" I made an online qiuz.My score was 28/30! This means that I have a good memory and I know the movie well. How about doing this quiz? I'm sure you'll like it.

My favourite scene in this movie was actually the last scene. Gru's and Lucy's wedding, when a group of minions was singing the song "I swear" by All 4 one, transformed in a minion version, which I really liked. The minions were singing in a beautiful landscape full of green and covered by colourul flowers. They were dressed up with white suits, glasses and a big, white beret on their heads.

In this scene, minios are also singing a very popular song. However, I don't know its title. It was really funny! Finally I really liked the minion who was still purple, and appears suddenly in the end of the movie saying: "Bahhh"!!!

Here's my favourite scene in a video:

In this movie, I also learned some new useful phrases!! There are a few sentences including them:

• Hold the horses mum, I'll be there in 5 minutes. Unfortunately I've missed the bus!

• Put your helmet and hold tight! This will be an unforgettable spin!

• Oh! Godness! You're so beautiful! This drees had been made for you!

• Hey Jenny! Toinight I am going to the cinema with Tom and Hazel. Would you care to join us?

• No way, I won't climb in this enormous tree. Are you out of your gourd?

~One of the best moments of "Despicable Me 2"~

Despicable Me is one of the best animation films, I've ever seen!It is so hilarious that you can't help laughing.Minions make the movie very funny but the other heroes are perfect, too!

One of my favourite moments of the film is when Gru goes to say goodnight to his girls and discovers that Margo is texting with a child called Avery. Then he asks Margo if "Avery" is a boy's name or a girls'name. After that, Agnes tells him that she knows what makes him being a man-his bald hair! Here is the dialogue which I found it on http ://www.imdb.com/title/tt1690953/quotes.In my opinion this moment is one of the funniest moments of the film and makes me feel very happy thanks to its humour!

Gru: Good night, Edith.

[gives her a good night kiss and gently pulls the beanie over Edith's eyes]

Gru: Good night, Margo.

[gives her a goodnight kiss, but returns in suspicion]

Gru: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold the horses. Who are you texting?

Margo: No one. Just my friend Avery.

Gru: Avery...

[confused]

Gru: Avery? Is that a girl's name or a boy's name?

Margo: Does it matter?

Gru: No. No, it doesn't matter, unless it's a boy!

Agnes: I know what makes you a boy.

Gru: [concerned] Uhh... Oooh... you... do?

Agnes: Your bald head.

Gru: [relieved] Oh... yes.

Agnes: It's really smooth. Sometimes I stare it, and imagine a little chick popping out.

[imitating a chick]

Agnes: Peep-peep-peep.

Gru: Good night, Agnes.

[kisses her forehead]

Gru: Never get older.

In my view, Despicable Me 2 is an awesome film and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Review of Hotel Transylvania

If I was a monster, I would not go to Hotel Transylvania because the staff, the food and accommodation are awful and they wouldn't help me with my problems there.

First, the staff: The housekeepers are, witches who are bored to clean the hotel and they don't care about hotel and their job.

They are very lazy  and as a result, they set the hotel on fire. The door knockers are key rings who shout 'do not disturb' when a person comes into room, so they wake up the customers. The fitness coordinator is a fly who is bored with his job. The security in the hotel run up and down in the hotel and, as a result, they make noise!

Then, the food. They serve you with  lizard fingers and a cheese which screams and shouts which is called scream cheese. The food is awful and they serve you the food without dish!

The entertainment" Skeletons are the hotel's singers who sing Spanish songs. The activities director is very old and she entertains the costumers with bingo! The entertainment is very boring!

The staff, food and the accommodation of Hotel Trasylvania

First of all, the  film  was  incredibly  awesome. So, in  my  opinion,  the  staff  of  the  Hotel  Trasylvania  was  full of  monsters like : ugly witches, zombies, headless monsters and the one I liked more was  Quasimodo who was the cook. The food seemed to be creepy, awful and gross , because it had many alive insects, creatures and eyes with sauce. It freaked me out ! The accommodation was fantastic! Because the hotel was unbelievably huge: it had more than 120 rooms for different monster, even for the fleas which were on their honeymoon .

One of my favourite films

                                                        CATWOMAN

Catwoman is one of the best films I have ever seen . The film was directed by Pitof. The protagonist of the film is Halle Berry. The film shows us a very young, beautiful and shy woman with the speed, reflexes and senses of a cat. Sometimes she looks like a hero , but also sometimes she looks like a criminal and this is why I like her. This adventure and fantasy film is very exciting and makes you feel worried about the rest of the story and I invite you to watch her! Catwoman will be a great experience for you .

Hotel Transylvania

If I could visit< Hotel Transylvania> and the monsters was behave me so good as Jonathan I would
keep their secret .However,I think that people if know the secret of the monsters they don't touch a hair
of the monsters.Nevertheless,if the monsters didn't want their secret to be known ,I wouldn't betray them.

Richie Rich

Tittle Film: Richie Rich

                                               What happens in the film?

Richie Rich is the richest boy in the world.Richie has everything you can think of,but he hasn't got one thing:
friends. One day he went to a park and he saw children.Another day he invited the children who he saw to
play at the park, to play together into Richies big house. The children had a good time so Richie and the
children became friends. So from that day Richie made friends and together they did a lot of things and they
went through all the dangers and faced the enemies of Richie, together.

 My opinion for this film:

I really like this film because of the acting. The actors are very good and they play their roles excellently.

Also, the film is a very expensive production with a very big budget.
