   I've always enjoyed sport and done lots of different activities either at school or at the sports centre. I've played volleyball, basketball and football since primary school and I have been in a volleyball team for two years.

  I haven't liked every sport that I have tried. One sport that I hate is table tennis because is so hard. Last year, I was in a trip with my school and we played table tennis. As soon as we started playing, the ball fell out from table - It was annoying-. I don't want to play again except when I'm playing with friends for fun.

  Some people don't like doing sport, but they enjoy watching it. There are lots of exciting sports programmes on TV. My friends and I like watching extreme sports, like kickboxing or skydiving. I haven't tried an extreme sport yet but if I had the chance, maybe I could do it.

To my Japanese friends: what I did last summer

I had a great time last summer. I went to Amutharas river.I swam in the river with my family.I played with my sister and my cousin and we tied SAB. Do you know whar sport this is? We ate toasts and we drank juice.At  noon we went to a restaurant and we ate lunch.When we ate all our food,we went to the beach and we made castles.

What about you? What do you usually do in the summer in Japan?

Hello, I am Dimitris Matamis I am 13,5 years old and I live in Heraklion on Crete in Greece.

My family: We are all keen on playing musical instruments and we are exteremely good at it.So a part of the film can be music played by my family and me!

My town: Heraklion is a historical place, just because as you can see in the picture there are ancient walls around it.Those exist because they were made by us to protect our town by the enemies.
