A complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing with regard to my stay at "President Hotel".I stayed in room 237 from 19th August to 25th August and I was very unhappy with the service I received.
Firstly, when I booked the room,I requested a room with two wardrobes and a telephone.Your receptionist had assured me that my room had all I asked. When I discovered that it did not,I called the receptionist. He told me that all rooms have only one wardrobe and you must pay extra to have a telephone in your room.
Secondly, the receptionist told me that the hotel had three swimming pools and a sauna. It has got only one pool and the sauna does not even exist. The receptionist said that he made a mistake when we talked.
Thirdly, the receptionist assured me that the hotel has internet connection, but I realised that it has not.
I therefore request a complete refund.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Eva Chrisostomaki

I am 19 years old and I am in year 2 at university school of art. I really believe that I am the ideal candidate for this job beacause I really like all forms of art. Moreover, I speak English and German flutly since I have been studing these languages for six years. Also, I have visited England twice and I saw how peoplelive there. For this reason, I think that I am sociable enough to serve the costumers. In addition to that, I have been working in a souvenir shop for many years.

As for my personal qualities, I would describe myself as an abitious, punctual and hard-working person. I consider myself a dedicated and responsible person, as well. Furthermore, I am absolutely enthusiastic because I would like to gain more experience about art. Also, I will get the chance to meet art enthusiasts and I also believe it would be a great opportunity to practise my English and German. I really want visitors to enjoy what I do.
