by Agatha Christie
This summer I read a book called "Third girl" by Agatha Chistie. It is one of my favourite book and that's why I would like to recommend it to you.
To begin with I would like to tell you some things about Agatha Christie(book's writer):
She was born on 15th September in 1890 in England and she died in 1976 in England too. Agatha Christie is known throughout the world as the Queen of Crime because of a great variety of crime novels she has written. The most popular of her book's characters are Hercules Poirot, Ms Jain Marple and Tommy and Tuppence. Agatha Christie is the best-selling novellist of all time and even in nowdays she is still popular in all the ages.
The "Third Girl" is about three girls who shares the shame flat in London. The first girl is a typical secretary, the second is an artist and the last one-that no-one knows lots of things about- interrupts Hercule Poirot's breakfast telling him that she has may commited a murder and after that she suddenly disappears... Hercules Poirot must investigate the case and find if the mysterious girl is innocent, guilty or insane.
In my opinion, It is a wonderful novel full of mystery, adventure and curiosity and I highly recommend this to you.
