If I had 1 million euros to spend I would build a park for endangered species.I would help the environment,too.If you want to save the environment,reuse paper and glass.DON'T POLLUTE IT!!

If i had 1 million euros i would help endangered species like koalas,lions
and elephants because they are very good and beautiful animals.I would
give them food and a safe place to live.Also i would start a campaign about
helping the environment.Lot's of people would be in that campaign and they
would remove litter from the beaches or towns or even forests were animals

Hi my name is Paul! I am thirteen years old and I am a secondary-school student. I really liked your videos about yourselves and your preferences, too. Now, I am going to intoduce myself to you! My favourite school subjects are French and English. Also, my favourite film is "Life is beautiful" with Roberto Benigni. I liked it, since it describes the negative side of war. However, it is optimistic and it teaches us to look on the bright side of the life!

Helping the environment

If I had one million euros to spend,I would help children who go through a difficult moment in their life, like children in Africa who don't have to eat or drink water. Secondly, if I had one million euros to spend, I would like to spend a part of it to protect some endangered animals and to help all the people take care of the environment. So many times I have seen rubbish on the roads. It's so awful and I would like to change. So, I would give a speech about that! Lastly, if I have enough money, I would spend it for my family and myself.

Writing : A story

   I rushed along in panic.I was late again, and today was the one day that I really couldn't be late.I had to be at school at 9 o' clock for the Ancient Greek exam, the reason I had been studying the whole night before. I reached the bus station and started waiting, in terror that I will be disqualified.
    After waiting for about ten minutes, the bus still wasn't there.I decided to ask a random man I saw going into his car.After I asked him if he could take me to my school and he stammered, ''S-sure, but why would you want to go to school today in such a hurry?'' I answered quickly, ''It doesn't matter, just take me there.'' For a split second he glared at me in anger, but then he just started the car. I was thinking that I had been a bit rude to him. I looked out from the window, hoping to finally reach my destination and just take the exam.Suddenly, a car popped out from nowhere and hit the car that I was in, in extremely high speed.The two cars were destroyed, but the people that were in the cars were all fine.I got out of the car quickly and saw that the other driver was drunk, but I didn't have time to do something and from there I could easily go to school on foot.I started running to my school while I was yelling ''Thank you for the ride!'' I finally reached my school, but the gates were closed
      I started thinking that I was too late, but when I looked at my watch, I saw that it was 8:57! I was trying to understand what had happened when my mobile started ringing.It was my friend,I picked it up and he said,''Hey,good morning,would you like to come to my place to study together for the Ancient Greek exam we have tomorrow?'' I was amazed and I stammered, ''W-what d-d-day is it today?''. He started laughing and answered,''Sunday of course!'' ''Okay I am on my way''I said and started walking towards my friend's house laughing at myself.

A review

    The Tesla Model S is a full-sized, plug in electric, environmentally friendly car. It does not need petrol. It just needs electricity. You can charge it by plugging it in. It.has a lot of colours and a silver and gold dynamic design.

    First of all, Tesla Model S has a lot of positive features. Furthermore, its silver design is attractive. It also has a 60kw, huge battery which is under tha car. Moreover, this car has a big, touch sensitive screen. With this screen the driver can watch TV, listen to music and surf the net.

    However, it does have a few drawbacks. A first disadvantage is that is a big sized car, so you can hardly park it. It would be better if it had leather seats on the front of the car. Another disadvantage is that the Tesla Model S is slow for a supercar because it has not got an engine, but it has a battery.

    In my opinion, the Tesla Model S is a slow, family friendly, environmentally friendly and safe supercar. This car is also in a low price. If you want a not so expensive supercar, you should definitely consider The Tesla Model S.

My school and what I like about it.

My school is in the centre of Heraklion.The professors there are very friendly and kind with us, except our maths professor who is a bit strict and rude.My school is big with a very big basketball,football and voleyball court for us to play.In addition to this, I like the fact that it has a lab and a gym with many lights in them.Unfortunately, my school hasn't got a library with many books so I can't find many books from there.I like that the majority of our professors are kind with us.

A review about a tavern!

   The review which is following is about a Greek tavern called ''Squids and Fish''.We went there with my friend's family.
    The place was like an aqarium.There was a place where you could see fish behind glass.I liked the food.For starter,I offered a delicious tuna salad, for main course a fantastic crab and for dessert an apple pie with honey which I didn't like that much.
    In spite of the apple pie,the service was attentive,efficient but, some of the waiters were a bit inexperienced, so they were a bit clumsy.We were lucky because none of the clumsy waiters dropped anything on us.
     Finally,I recommend that tavern because the food was really tasty and the people were friendly and attentive.

A book for Geniuses.

      My favourite hobby is reading books. I read books all day, every day. I rarely find books, which are really good.

      Three months ago I went to my favourite library, which is called Bookbox, to borrow a book. I had been looking for a special book for five hours. Suddenly a book fell down from the bookcase. The book's title was ''Book for Geniuses''.

       I found that title interesting and after a lot of thought, I borrowed it. I started reading the book and I couldn't stop. It was a book for people who like Mathematics and History. I'm not telling you the story, because you must read it.

     I liked that the writer was very clever so his book was breathtaking. I didn't feel bored and I didn't sleep the the nights, because I wanted to learn the end. It was really the best book I have ever read.

      I would surely recommend you this book, because it isn't a book, it's <<the>> book.

Restaurant review

This is a review of cibo delazioso,an Italian restaurant near my house.I went there for my friends birthday.

The place was attractive and modern with beautiful decoration and a lot of little tasteful lamps!However, the food was not good-value for money at all and it was tasteless and cold.

The service was slow and the waiter was a bit clumsy.We were 8 people and all the tables were too small, for 2,3 and 4 people.When the waiter saw us,he told us to wait a minute.After 10 minutes,he showed us 3 connected tables for us and we were the only customers!After that,we ordered 4 pizzas and after 30 minutes,they served us 4 cold pizzas.While we were eating,we ordered some colas.When the waiter came with them,he dropped one on my friend's mobile phone and it broke.

In spite of the beautiful and tasteful restaurant,the service and the food were not very satisfactory.I would not recommend this restaurant.

'Paradise'

                      This is a review of 'Paradise', a Greek tavern in town where we went to celebrate a special occasion.

                      When we entered the restaurant, we were really impressed by the tasteful furniture and paintings, which there were there. Despite the decoration, the food was awful. For starters, we shared a salad, which had hair in it. For the main course, we had steaks and beef. Unfortunately, the meat had gone bad. In spite of this terrible food, the chocolate pudding for dessert was delicious.

                      The service was unsatisfactory, too. In spite of being very friendly, our waiter was rather slow and clumsy. We had been waiting for one hour before we ate and when the  waiter arrived, he dropped one of the three trays. 

                      In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant, and I believe that 'Hell' is a better name for it.

'' DA GIORGIO '' 

          This is the review of " DA GIORGIO ", a restaurant in Siteia beach where we went to celebrate Christmas.
           When we entered at the restaurant , we saw a fountain at the middle of the restaurant and when we sat down the waiter came and took the order. In one hour the food was ready.We have ate all our food and the dessert. The dessert was very delicious; it was ice cream and waffle. 
         The service , however , was not very satisfactory . In spite of being very attentive , our waiter was a bit clumsy . He had already knocked a glass of water down on me , before we started eating and then he dropped my food.
           In conclusion , I would recommend this restaurant despite the poor service because it was friendly and good value for money.

Everybody knows they are exciting because some television games have questions about geography or history. I have entered one television game and I lost, but did it matter ? No I dont think it did .
             This kind of competitions have lots of advantages.   First of all , competitions can be informative because you can answer history questions and you learn about the middle ages, for example . Moreover  if you win the game , you will get a lot of money .
                           What's more , they offer  valuable experience to all , because players will remember the time they were on TV for ever. Finally, if you enjoy taking part in them , you spend your time on questions games and that is good because you learn things .
                         In conclusion , television games are good whether you win or lose . Why not take part and test your knowledge?

   My favourite scene from Benjamin Button's story was when Mr Button was waiting to see his child in the hospital.The doctor and the nurses were preparing him for that he would face.When he saw his child that is was an OLD MAN he thought that it was a hospital joke!!!He didn't believe that his child wasn't a baby but an OLD MAN!!It was a really shocked time for him!Mr Button didn't want to take him home but he had to!!

      My favourite scene was when Mr.Button wanted to see his child so he asked the angry  doctor Keene if  his child was a boy or a girl and the doctor told him to see it with his two eyes.First of all,Mr.Button met a nurse sitting behind a desk and he asked where his child was.When the nurse understood that the man was Mr.Button got upset so he was thinking that something terrible has happened to his child.Now,he was impatient,he wanted to see his child,he couldn't wait more and the nurse pointed her fingers to the stairs where another nurse was.What's more this nurse went upset when Mr.Button told her who he was.Finally, the nurse told him that his child was an old man.

My opinion about television competitions.

  We all know that television competitions are popular and impress a lot.Personally,I think that they are waste of time and overrated.
   Well,I have never entered one of them.My cousin has.He took part in 2003.What's more,he did not win,so he came back home sad.Additionally,he told me that the people who took part were    immature,rude and they thought they were the best.
    In addition to this,the second reason I don't like television competitions is that I think that television competitions are not as informative as we believe.For example I have seen some of them and I did not learn anything.
     Finally,I believe television competitions are a waste of time and you do not learn anything interesting with them.In cocnclusion,this type of games are not exciting and the people who work for them can be rude.

My favourite scene of Benjamin Button's story is when Benjamin's father, Mr Roger went to a clothes shop to find some clothes for his son.The shop assistant asked him what type of clothes he was searching and Roger said,for a six hours baby.Of course the baby clothes were not very useful.He asked for boys clothes but he didn't find anything large enough for his son so the shop assistant asked him how old his son was.Roger answered that he was 'sixteen' years old.Finaly he found a costume for Benjamin but the shop assistant told him that this clothes were only for parties and not for everyday wear.He bought the costume from the surpised salesclerk and brought it to he's "baby".

                  My favourite scene from Benjamin Button's story was when Mr. Button went to the hospital, in order to see his child. When he entered his son's room he was surprised. His son was an old man with white hair!!! Just then, his son said him 'Are you my father?'. This was one of the funniest scenes of all in the story.

A letter to Kylie

Dear Kylie,
 It was great to hear from you . If you do not know much about sharks and dolphins, you will learn a lot there at the trip. If you were lucky, you really enjoy it!
 First of all I want to explain to you that you will have a fantastic time there, but there are some dangerous things that you must be careful with. Although the sharks are very cute, I should warn you that you should not get too near them. If you are lucky, you will touch the friendly dolphins. When I went, I did not get seasick on the boat but other children got seasick so you must be ready for the trip (and take seasickness tablets). However, I had a fantastic experience.
 If I were you, I would take a camera/video with me to take photos and video because the view of the trip is pretty and I do not want to forget this experience. I suggest taking waterproof clothing because maybe you will walk when It rains. You will also need a suntan or hat because you will walk in the morning when the weather is shiny. It would be a good idea to take with you seasickness tablets I think they will help you or your friends. I hope you have a good time!

Dear Sean,

   I am so happy to hear from you and that you are going to a Greek island.

   Last year I went to one of the most beautiful islands ,Santorini.If you have never ridden a donkey, this is the perfect place to do it.You can see the amazing sunset and you can swim in lots of beaches.Generally, in Greek islands the weather in summer is very hot and you have to be careful.Also you have to protect yourself from donkeys because sometimes they are little devils!!!

   I know that you are from north Scotland and you aren't used to hot weather, but you have to buy some clothes!Fist, you will need lots of T-shirts because it's very very hot in summer.What's more you will need shorts.You need insect reppelent because there are a lot of mosquitoes!Finally, the most important thing that you need is a hat to protect you from the sun.

Television Competitons

I think television competitons are very fun. Personally,I have always dreamt of entering one of them,especially when I was a little kid. Nevertheless,in my opinion,they are a little overrated.

I like the television competitions because they sometimes are informative. For example,when they ask you questions and if you answer wrongly,they show you the right answer,so you learn things.

In addition to this,you can win awesome prizes if you are good enough.For instance,if you answer the five first questions correctly,you will win 2.000$ or if you achieve 10 missions you will win a bike,computer,phone....

So television competitions are very fun,informative and you can win fantastic prizes,but there are a lot of things that are more exciting than them,like extreme sports.

Television Competitions.

          Television competitions are very common and impress a lot. Personally, I have always dreamt of entering one of them. 

             First of all, competitions are exciting, because they can be a lot of fun. I've always liked watching television competitions and if I entered one of them I am sure I would have a good time.

       In addition, they offer valuable experience, because they can be very informative and you can learn a lot by entering competitions. What's more, they aren't as easy as they look in the television, because you can't answer easily if you are under pressure.

         Finally, I think competitions are cool, because they have nice prizes, but winning isn't everything. In conclusion, competitions are good whether you win or lose.

Hi Kylie,
   It was great to hear from you and that you're going on a trip.When are you leaving?
   I had an amazing experience at the ecological trip.If you don't know much about the sharks and the dolphins, you'll learn a lot there!!Although you will go on many excursions with a boat, I warn you that you shouldn't get too near the sharks.However, the dolphins are friendly and time passes nicely with them.If you're lucky, you'll really enjoy it!!

How I celebrated Christmas

      I spent the most of the time at home with my family. On Christmas Day my uncles,aunts,cousins and some friends of us came to our house to have dinner.This evening I laughed a lot because my older cousin is very funny and he tells very funny jokes.Although I didn't eat so much because I wasn't hungry. I spent the days between Christmas Day and the opening of the schools/ the day school started I spent them at my cousin's house.

My Christmas Holidays

 I celebrated Christmas at home with my family. The weather was good most of the time. At Christmas Day We were with my family so my dad my mum my sister my grandmother and me. Two days after Christmas Day my brother married. The others days I went to my cousins. New Year Day we went to my uncle's house.

My Christmas holidays

I celebrated Christmas at my village which is near Chania.The weather was bad the most of the days.I spent these days with my family.I was planing to go for a walk in  Chania but the rain and the cold didn't let me. On Christmas day, all my family,(my uncles,aunts,my parents,my grandma,grandpa and some cousins) came to the house to eat dinner together and celebrate christmas.I had a fantastic time this evening.The other days when it wasn't raining I used to go to the field to help my parents and my uncles to collect the olives.Every night the stove was warm and I sat  near there reading a book or listening to music.

      I had an unforgettable time in my trip last year. If you don't know much about the sharks and the dolphins, you'll learn a lot of inforation about them, such as what they eat and where they live. Although the dolphins are friendly, I should warn you that the sharks are very dangerous and you have to come face-to-face with them! However, if you're lucky, you will swim with dolphins and you won't notice that a shark was going to bite you!

      If I were you, I'd take goggles with me and I suggest taking a swimsuit. You'll also need an underwater camera for videos with the dolphins and the sharks and a knife, if something goes wrong!
